Hi, my name is Julie Olson and I have actively sold real estate for 30+ years. I started scraping wallpaper and renovating houses with my Dad when I was 4 and have been in real estate ever since. When I was old enough to get a real estate license, I started selling real estate and never looked back. I love all the aspects of the business from listing a property to negotiations and beyond.

Along the way, I consistently won top producer awards; successfully built over a dozen offices, managed one of the largest branch offices in my city for 5 years – (avg. 4500 transactions yearly), owned and sold several real estate companies, facilitated the Broker Support Network at the local association, and sat on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

I have acted as a consultant for over 100 real estate brokerages and have been a broker since 1995. I have a knack to identify sale-able skills of an Agent and coach them on leveraging their resources and talents. The question that solves every dilemma is “What is in the best interest of my Client?”

From being a full-service real estate agent in suburban to urban areas working with first time buyers to retirees, dealing in luxury sales, vacation homes and investment properties, Jon understands that motivation is key. He is willing to work to get you engaged with enthusiasm for every client and property type. Jon prides himself on being extremely patient, loyal, accessible, technologically competent, and most of all a good listener. These valuable qualities coupled with a sales and marketing background arm him with the comprehensive skill set his clients need and deserve.

Outside of his busy real estate business schedule, Jon enjoys gardening, cooking, and entertaining his family and friends.
